Happy Birthday Jacob! It's hard to believe he is 5 already. It looks like he had a great birthday. We miss you guys! Maddy talks about the kids all the time. : )
I really enjoyed Jacob's party at Oxford Lake! It was so great to get together with family and enjoy Jacob's special day together!!
