Grandad and Granna Camp

Thanks, Grandad and Granna for a wonderful camp this week! We loved swimming and diving and playing in the pool! We LOVED going to Alabama Adventure Park!! And we loved making tie-dyed t-shirts. You guys are GREAT!!

Naomi painted a "Garden Fairy" at her Camp Come On In this week.

These are zinnias, right? I LOVE this flower! This is one of the first that came up in Naomi's garden.

Hiking

The kiddos were SO excited to be hiking down to Glenn Falls today. We hiked down and waded a bit before we ate our lunch and hiked back.

The Passage

On Thursday we went to "The Passage" or more familiarly, the water steps beside the aquarium downtown. I forgot my camera, so I swiped a pic online to give you guys an idea of what they are like. They are VERY cool, and there were no where near this many people there when we went. At the bottom of all the steps is a large wading pool. 

I swiped the picture from here, and it was pretty hard to find. I should have taken some good pics of it; they are much needed on the internet.

The Zoo

The highlight of the trip to the zoo was, of course, Jacob buying everyone ice cream sandwiches with his two nickels. : )

To the Pumpkin Patch

I guess this gets the "coolest park" in Chattanooga award from us too. It's huge and very fun for all ages! 

The Pumpkin Patch has several mountains of tires to climb, tire swings, regular swings, wooden forts, a climbing wall, a zip line, sandboxes, several huge slides and more!
